Space Systems Command’s (SSC) Commercial Space Office (COMSO) is responsible for accelerating commercial partnerships to deliver capabilities aligned with warfighter needs. Efforts are coordinated across combatant commands and synced with partnership initiatives across SSC, the U.S. Space Force, Department of Defense and agencies involved with space capabilities and development. COMSO is structured to take full advantage of the innovative commercial space industry to deliver warfighting capabilities faster and at lower cost.

SpaceWERX

SpaceWERX is the innovation arm of the U.S. Space Force, leveraging funding from the SBIR/STTR Program to cultivate and transition impactful emerging technologies to deter and win wars.

Global Data Marketplace

The Global Data Marketplace is an e-commerce platform for exchanging space-based data products and services, enabling seamless global data exchange.

Commercial Augmentation Space Reserve

The Commercial Augmentation Space Reserve enables surge support through on-call commercial capabilities and incentive structures to backstop DoD needs across a spectrum of conflict.

Commercial SATCOM Office

The Commercial SATCOM Office is the DoW’s one-stop-shop for acquisition and management of commercial SATCOM capabilities.
