SSC’s System Deltas (SYDs) are the Space Force’s organizational units for acquisitions activities and are intended to erase the perceived divide between acquisitions and operations. Each SYD coordinates directly with operations and sustainment counterparts across Combat Forces Command, STARCOM, and Space Force component commands. SYDs are the complementary organizations to Mission Deltas and are a key component of the CSO’s Unified Mission Readiness model. Mission Deltas have Unity of Command for Mission Readiness, while SYDs lead Unity of Effort for Capability Development.

System Delta 80 | Assured Access to Space

System Delta 80 ASSURED ACCESS TO SPACE delivers launch, range, and emerging servicing, mobility, and logistics systems. It is operationally aligned with Space Launch Delta 30 and Space Launch Delta 45.

System Delta 81| Operational Test & Training Infrastructure

System Delta 81 OPERATIONAL TEST & TRAINING INFRASTRUCTURE delivers high-fidelity simulated environments that validate weapons systems performance, support cross-mission tactics, and ensure Guardian readiness. It is operationally aligned with Space Training and Readiness Command Mission Deltas 1, 11, 12 and 20.

System Delta 810 | Space-Based Sensing & Targeting

System Delta 810 SPACE-BASED SENSING & TARGETING delivers global terrestrial cloud forecasting, theater weather data, and actionable environmental surveillance capabilities. It is operationally aligned with Combat Forces Command Mission Delta 2.

System Delta 84 | Space-Based Missile Warning & Tracking

System Delta 84 SPACE-BASED MISSILE WARNING & TRACKING delivers strategic missile warning, resilient missile warning and tracking, and missile warning ground systems capabilities. It is operationally aligned with Combat Forces Command Mission Delta 4.

System Delta 88 | Satellite Communications

System Delta 88 SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS delivers satellites, ground control segments, data systems, and software capabilities for asymmetric, all-domain SATCOM superiority. It is operationally aligned with Combat Forces Command Mission Delta 8.

System Delta 831 | Navigation Warfare & Positioning, Navigation And Timing

System Delta 831 NAVIGATION WARFARE & POSITIONING, NAVIGATION AND TIMING delivers space, ground and user equipment and technologies that advance GPS signal reach, accuracy, integrity and protection against jamming, spoofing, and other adversarial actions. It is operationally aligned with Combat Forces Command Mission Delta 31.

System Delta 89 | Space Combat Power

System Delta 89 SPACE COMBAT POWER delivers cyber-, ground-, and space-based systems that rapidly detect, warn, characterize, attribute, and predict threats to National, allied and commercial space systems and provide National Security deterrence. It is operationally aligned with Combat Forces Command Mission Deltas 3, 6, 7 and 9.

System Delta 85 | Battle Management, Command, Control, Communications And Space Intelligence

System Delta 85 BATTLE MANAGEMENT, COMMAND, CONTROL, COMMUNICATIONS AND SPACE INTELLIGENCE delivers capability in support of space intelligence, space defense and theater support, advanced space battle management, nuclear, command and control, space access and networked services, and battlespace awareness. It is operationally aligned with Space Forces Space Deltas 5 and 15.
