Awards presented by the Air and Space Forces Association Los Angeles Chapter 147 to outstanding members of Space Systems Command are displayed throughout the awards banquet in Los Angeles, California, June 9, 2023. For this year’s event, 16 members – military and civilian – were recognized for outstanding performance, leadership, volunteerism, and innovation during AFA’s salute to SSC. The banquet followed panel discussions between military, government, industry, and community leaders, which were focused on addressing acquisition related challenges that impact the command’s ability to support the warfighter.
