Leaders from Space Systems Command join various senior principals across the national space enterprise during an open forum to discuss rapid developments, challenges, and opportunities fueling the command’s desire to solidify its resilience by 2026 in Los Angeles, California, June 9, 2023. This forum, hosted by the Air and Space Forces Association Los Angeles Chapter 147, provided leaders from various space backgrounds the opportunity to converse about topics like tactically responsive space, allied by design, and the urgency of being resilient in a growing contested space domain. As the designated U.S. Space Force field command that’s responsible for acquiring and delivering resilient war fighting capabilities to protect the nation’s strategic advantage in and from space, participating in these open discussions enables the command to ensure interoperability of partnerships through a unified effort.
