Erin Carper Erin Carper is the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Military Satellite Communications (MILCOM) & Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) at Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California. As the PEO, she manages and oversees the development, production, delivery, and maintenance of critical and innovative Communications and PNT systems worth more than $22.3 billion. She is responsible for multi-service, multinational systems executed by more than 1,800 military and civilian personnel. Ms. Carper, a native of Tyrone, Pennsylvania, entered federal civil service in August 2009 as a Policy Analyst. She has since held key leadership roles in program management and policy, with assignments including Deputy Program Manager for the Rapid Acquisition Branch in MILCOM and Materiel Leader for the Ground Special Programs branch. Her experience also includes a pivotal tour at the Pentagon as Chief of the Acquisition Policies and Processes Division for the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration.
