SHANNON PALLONE

Ms. Shannon Pallone is the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) for Battle Management, Command, Control, Communications, and Space Intelligence (BMC3I), United States Space Force, Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif. She manages a $21B portfolio of programs across Space Domain Awareness, Battle Management, Data Services, Satellite Control, and Space Intelligence, ensuring dependable capabilities that support synchronized multi-domain operations.

Ms. Pallone began her career at the Space and Missile Systems Center as a Presidential Management Fellow and served in a range of increasingly responsible roles within the Spacelift Range and Satellite Control Network Division, the GPS III Follow-on Production Program Office, and the Command-and-Control System–Consolidated Program. She later served as the Materiel Leader for Protected Tactical Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and subsequently as the Senior Materiel Leader for Tactical SATCOM.

Ms. Pallone earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Duke University in 1999 and a Master of Pacific International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, in 2009. Prior to entering civil service, she gained professional experience as a television and film development executive, worked with several nonprofit organizations, and served as a staff geologist for an environmental consulting firm.
